Brandon Bacall is a Los Angeles-based writer/director/editor.
Since graduating from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, he has worked for Michael Bay, a senior agent at The Gersh Agency and most recently in the commercial and brand space at Superprime Films.
Drawn to character-driven stories, most often in the horror and dark comedy genres, he has a passion for crafting distinct worlds that shed light on the darker side of human nature, especially in the context of history’s darkest hours.
Fascinated by the many contradictions that define us, he seeks to uncover what people hide from others and even from themselves.
He is currently in development on a horror feature about the generational effects of trauma and PTSD, and in pre-production on a short horror film about an obsessive painter.
